Create and Train the Chatbot which will monitor all the call flows in the Meeting room and will trigger an alert mail in case of any failure. Also managing all Automation related query by own and guiding team for further automation knowledge. Handle clients efficiently and complete all the tasks within the deadline date. Got appreciation from client and Infosys management for my automation and data analysis.

I was assigned to automate CUCM alerts and reporting from calls on a monthly basis as required by clients. Also, I was a part of the Cisco call manager team to manage and understand the flow in order to achieve a model to short the L1 task. Also implemented Cisco voice call subscriber and publisher for one client. I have handled 3 clients with a 100% completion rate. I was the youngest team member to achieve this goal at that time and still cont.
