The project aims at managing the IT infrastructure and applications of a major telecom client’s operations in India. My key responsibilities include: ● Monitoring various trends in the marketing campaigns of the client using DB2 database. ● Creating numerous daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Python by collecting data and creating datasets from the database (DB2) and applying basic data manipulation using NumPy and Pandas. ● Providing Application support for the tools built on FileNet (Case Management Tool and Document Management System) which are used for storing and managing information (Invoice Documents in this project).
