Code quality: with the help of colleagues, caring about maintainable and readable code, both when implementing and reviewing; Technical aspects: experience with isomorphic application renders, and implementing well supported code, ie React v16, ECMAScript Stage 3 & 4 Proposals, libraries with great test coverage and minimal bundle sizes; Application health: implementing/applying solutions for application monitoring; analysis of unexpected error rate events and developing solutions for solving and preventing it; DevOps: Jenkins pipeline for builds and releases, using S3 as storage and serving through Cloudflare, and monitoring application using New Relic.
