This leads to reducing the shrinkage percentage from -1.17% (2022) into -0.57% (2023) - Make partnerships with schools, academies and communities around the store catchment area. Resulting in a partnership deal with Dragon Basketball Academy and Sonic Basketball Academy. -Ensure customer safety and satisfaction inside the store
