- Conducted Research & Analysis of Markets, Value Chains, Stakeholder needs and developed briefs presenting the Description, Significance, Gap analysis and Benefits of the proposed change. - Supported Hardware-Based Startups & Entrepreneurs throughout their Product Innovation activities, right from Problem Validation & Customer Development up to the Design & Development of their Minimum Usable Prototype [MUP]. - Supported in the Implementation & Reviews of the Innovation Tool Kits during various programs & ProtoSem 19.2 & 20.1 Secondary Responsibilities: - Scouted & Curated a database of Startups working in various domains as a part of Industrial Technology Venture Acceleration Program (ITVAP) - Written & Reviewed grant proposal documents for various early-stage startups - Mentored teams & Assisted in various Program operations; including Fight Corona - India's largest digital hackathon - Content creation for developing knowledge repositories of Innovation Activation Programs and Social Media Marketing - Support in Various Program Operations
