I started with Wordbee SA Luxembourg as a senior software engineer remotely from Egypt on full time basis. Then I started to lead team of 4 full stack developers. Then I was the CEO for, and founder of Wordbee EG, which was acting as Wordbee Luxembourg branch in Egypt, and I acted as the branch manager of Egypt, as well as technically leading team of about 30 members, between team leaders, back end developers, front end developers, devops engineers, QA engineers, and technical support agents. Wordbee is software company owns a translation management system and solutions, in addition to CAT tool, I was able to help them fix systems bugs efficiently, refactor old legacy code, redesign the application code and enhance the architecture. Also add stunning fancy features to the applications, working on POCs for some magnificent ideas, and prepare MVPs for new products, and execute R&D from time to time. Participating in sprints planning, teams management, tasks grooming, and managing different boards, as well as leading different teams and coordinate between them.

The project has been proposed to the mayor, and collected multiple awards.
