• Responsible for technical direction, implementation, and execution of Medad platform • Partner with product management & product designers to craft and evolve the vision, mission, and strategy on Medad products • Leads and monitors technical design, development, deployment, and support activities, while communicating and adhering to established procedures, processes, and timelines • create and fulfill the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing and interviewing • Manage an agile engineering team in technical designing and implementing scalable technology solutions to meet business requirements adhering to established standards • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and senior engineers within and across scrum teams to design, develop, test and implement strategically aligned products • Provide guidance, mentoring, and ongoing coaching to develop team members and managing on and offshore resources • Lead Medad innovation lab, researchers, and engineers, to successfully deploy and operate AI-based products and applications.
