Designed and built ETL/ELT processes that integrate data from several sources for use in reporting using AWS S3 buckets, database connectors and Redshift SQL. Built dashboards used by developers to monitor performance of proprietary ML tools, ensuring that a 90% fill rate is achieved by the system. Created data sets based on text message conversations, to feed a dashboard that enables prompt correction of over 95% of conversational errors. Integrated data from several services to build a phone and update tracking tool, which located and elicited updates of over 80% of the non-compliant phones in the first month after implementation. Aggregated time series data to show hourly patterns over a day, daily patterns over a month, etc.

Developed an NPS dashboard that integrated scores and text responses to uncover themes in customer perceptions of the brand, which was used to produce consistent increases in NPS score YOY from the time it was implemented until the company was purchased. Created and maintained denormalized views in Snowflake that provide data for use in reporting tools. Designed, built and maintained a call center dashboard that integrated data from Salesforce and other sources to track individual and team performance, call reasons, and frequency of calls based on demographic criteria. Built and maintained Claims and Operations dashboards in Power BI. Rebuilt dozens of Tableau dashboards in DOMO as part of a migration from DB2 to Snowflake. Wrote documentation for reporting, dashboards and Snowflake views, aligned with organizational best practices.
