Joined as part of a transition to Liberty Utilities in Q4. Culmination of transition activities included migration of 50 user Office 365 Exchange environment to an on-premise exchange, firewall to firewall domain connection, creation of DNS zones and subsequent single day "onboarding" for 50 users including GPO deployment of transition resources. Regional IT Operations for Liberty's Massena, NY location. Supported ongoing migration and homogenization of legacy environment into Liberty systems. Responsible for user access, mobile/ endpoint management, quoting and ordering along with remote hands support for infrastructure.

Responsible for uptime of various systems including computers, scanners, printers and medcarts. Interfacing with vendor support for project implementation and troubleshooting. Solution and workflow building on individual basis. Endpoint configuration. Support tasks involving MS Office, SMB fileshares, ADDS, Meditech, eCW, Medhost in addition to department specific tools. Responsible for IT support for 500+ CHMC employees and 1200+ machines spread across more than 10 locations. In addition CHMC IT provided remote and local IT support to River Hospital in Alexandria Bay, NY.

Excelsior College

Nuclear Engineering Technology, BS•  August 2016 - May 2018

This is an ABET accredited engineering technology program that builds upon the practical knowledge gained during naval nuclear service with the theoretical aspects of the nuclear power industry as well as traditional humanities that round a bachelor's program. The program is built on several outcomes that aim to create a knowledgeable member of the nuclear community. This degree culminates with a capstone class that analyzes and identifies the root causes of the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear disaster. It then challenges the student to apply lessons learned and developed an actionable solution that could have perhaps mitigated that disaster if not prevented it. This paper is then framed in line with the program outcomes, validating the student's learning and experiences.
