- Working on cross-functional projects to improve customer experience on HPE’s flagship IT infrastructure management software. - Used Java, Apache Maven and Spring Boot for development with Python and JUnit for unit and integration testing. - Improved customer experience for IT infrastructure management by adding more verbose error handling. - Reduced customer support queries and enabled self-service error management by adding unique error codes for different use cases. - Worked on end-to-end testing including unit and integration testing achieving a 95+% code coverage. - All features went through rigorous code review and QA testing with 0 bugs; features are scheduled to ship in OneView’s Lisbon release.
