Worked with the hardware imaging component part of a scalable Systems Endpoint Management product ZENworks. 1. Designed, architected and developed a new component for imaging Apple MAC devices. Protocol stack : DHCP| TFTP | BSDP | HTTP/NFS 2. Served as single point of contact for the team's customer service requests, solving more than 60 issues of varying criticality working closely with customers during the tenure. 3. Designed and upgraded the engine's OS to SLES-15 ,reducing inflow of customer SR count per month by roughly 30%! 4. Built an asset tracking web tool for the team as a side project. 5. Lead migration of the boot-loader loading component's main engine , from ELILO to open sourced Gnu-GRUB2. 6. Designed ,coded a new linux bootloader binary to enroll the product private key on Secure Boot enabled customer devices.
