Parallel programming: - I am experienced in writing and optimizing parallel programs, to run on HPC clusters, utilizing Xeon processors, and Xeon PHI co-processors. I have good experience in writing parallel programs using OpenMP, MPI, and other parallelization tools. I am also experienced in code vectorization using vectorization pragma hints, and using vector intrinsics to achieve the best vectorization results. I am familiar with MMX, AVX, AVX-512 and SSE instruction sets. Cluster administration: - I am competent in deployment, provisioning and administration of HPC clusters. This includes a good knowledge of provisioning engines (ex: xCAT) and workload managers (ex: lsf and univa grid engine), and a good experience in administrating HPC applications over HPC clusters.
