As part of the AWS Sales org, I worked on turning a single-tenant REST API into a multi-tenant system able to support hundreds of Salesforce instances at Amazon. Developed several new features and operational enhancements for a Mulesoft-like integration tool to synchronize and exchange data across Salesforce instances. Used AWS technologies to build entire ETL pipelines to extract UI automation analytics from Jenkins servers and showcase them on operational dashboards.
