-Served as the primary technical lead for the design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations supporting the DocuSign HR and HRIS teams. -Maintained and monitored all HRIS integrations from SAP SuccessFactors in support of employee onboarding, benefit enrollment, and routine data changes. -Designed and developed full-stack solutions for new HRIS integrations from SAP SuccessFactors for the Payroll team (ADP), Benefits Team (Bswift, IncentFit), and HR Operations (Glint). These integrations were supported by a Blazor frontend and SQL Server backend. -Supported the HR team during the transition from SAP SuccessFactors to Workday. I assisted the Workday team by providing the technical specifications for all HRIS integrations. -Enhanced and maintained the DocuSign Sales Order to Provisioning integration workflow using AWS Lambda running behind an API Gateway. Enhancements to this integration workflow facilitated the creation/upgrade of DocuSign accounts for new/existing customers.

-Designed, developed, tested, and deployed a custom module for a Ship-to-State trigger in the Order Pick process. This module identified items shipping to customers in the specified state. -Enhanced the label generation process by adding a new CHILDLABEL keyword to the label script parser. This keyword can be used in custom label definitions to generate N child labels in addition to the base label. -Designed and implemented a new process that re-evaluates warehouse inventory at the end of a pick job. This feature improves the fulfillment of sales orders by accounting for new inventory added to the warehouse.

-Designed and developed a subscription amendment utility which enabled the Web Marketing team to increase MRR by uploading a csv for bulk price adjustments across the web customer base. -Designed and developed enhancements to the DocuSign billing integration for the direct and web sales workflows, supporting new distributors, plans, product behavior, and pricing configurations. -Enhanced 18 integration workflows by adding telemetry for real-time health checks. Each workflow execution produces a success, error, or exception event. The new event data collected provides context for analysis. Crucial data for mission critical system integrations. -Designed and developed new DocuSign billing (Zuora) integration workflows to support changes in the direct sales process during the Apttus CPQ implementation in Salesforce.

-Maintained and monitored mission critical communication circuits passing remote radar data to our operators, allowing them to direct combat aircraft in their airspace to support troops on the ground. -Performed preventative maintenance on all deployed communication equipment while achieving a 99% up-time for all communication circuits. -Volunteered for an AEF deployment to the 71st Expeditionary Air Control Squadron in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (May 2010 – Dec 2010).
