Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a base product, I build plugins/adapters using the Dynamics SDK, C#, and other various tools to give clients a customized CRM experience that fits their business requirements. I help to implement custom websites/pages to interact with CRM (through web forms) as well as API and widget services for clients that already have websites. Most development work is completed through small product sprints, which typically span one week and involves a team of developers like myself, consultants, and managers.
