Revised the employee retention guidelines by understanding the departmental norms and employee motivation factors which resulted in bringing transparency in the departments. Organized the fortnightly employee engagement activity "Kudos Week" to recognize the efforts and achievements to improve employee performance. Monitored the health and safety checks of employees on the Shop Floor of five departments to improve the attendance rate which led to improved efficiency in manufacturing teams. Conducted one-on-one conversations with Supervisors of five departments to understand the status quo on team productivity, and employee satisfaction to find the potential gaps of Culture alignment. Conducted Interview process for technicians and organized onboarding process for new joiners to help them adjust to their jobs' social and performance aspects. Tracked the overtime (OT) of employees to ensure that overtime to prevent favoritism and provide equal opportunities to all eligible employees. Periodically inspected the production area to ensure the proper working condition of the equipment as part of the SOP. Streamlined the safety equipment and uniform distribution process by organizing distribution schedules with the supervisors, which lead to increased employee satisfaction and efficient use of working hour.
