In SPMU collaborating with NABARD, PWC, Intellect. • Manage database of 583 PACS across 35 districts in Assam, collect data at each stage of the PACS Computerization project lifecycle and monitoring overall progress. • PACS DCT/ERP portal data verification. Solve or report technical issues to PWC and Intellect via ticketing tool. • Coordinated with PwC consultants to ETL data from various sources, clean and transform data to prepared reports that supports planning discussions during project meetings involving RCS(Assam) and NABARD officials. • Assist Managers, Team Leads, PwC Consultants, and NABARD officials in managing project lifecycle activities, contributing to the planning and execution of key targets. • Led the efforts to assist SIs with project-related issues and provided training to PACS officials, supervising officers, auditors, and apex bank branch managers across Assam on key aspects of the project. • Handled 75 PACS across 3 districts (Barak Valley) in the absence of designated SI, supporting daily ERP transactions, managing technical issues via ticketing tool, and ensuring prompt resolution.
