During my tenure at Startech Company, I developed a linear regression model to predict new hire CTC. This process involved extensive data cleaning and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data. I also performed comprehensive univariate and bivariate analysis to identify key factors influencing compensation. Through these efforts, I was able to build a robust and actionable model that provided valuable insights for the company.
