Primarily took ownership on developing models that could seamlessly integrate with Tekion's product which involved working with data sourced from the 7+ legacy DMSs and building these models from scratch, aligning them with provided requirements right up to the production phase. Contributed by devising SQL queries to efficiently migrate data to Tekion from various source systems used by automotive dealers. Also developed automation queries in SQL to expedite validation processes and enhance overall efficiency which reduced manual work by 100%. Implemented a range of Machine Learning models, including Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, XG Boost Classifier, Random Forest Classifier, and Decision Tree which were instrumental in creating predictive models to improve performance with an F1 score of 98.3%. Played a part in generating monthly reports on the number of rollouts for the team, utilizing Tableau for data visualization. Conducted review sessions to gain a deep understanding of project requirements which often involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any development-related challenges.
