Technical Lead for the LessRay radiation reducing fluoroscopic imaging product. (Medical Imaging, X-ray, Fluoro, 3D Tracking, NDI) - Stand-alone product for the Pulse intra-operative medical device platform consisting of external fluoroscopic image acquisition via video capture or ethernet, 3D infrared C-arm tracking, radiation reducing imaging enhancement algorithm, and associated business logic. - LessRay device architecture consists of a series of event-driven engines (C#, NET 4.8, EF 6, SQL Server, SignalR, Unity DI) which expose operating room staff controls and content via web services (C#, Katana, WebSockets) via a SPA framework (Typescript, Lit, HTML, CSS/SASS, MVVM) with 3D display elements (three.js, WebGL). - Lead responsibilities included standup, grooming, planning, architecture, execution and support, team performance reporting, and documentation. (Azure DevOps, Git, Agile, Unit/Integration Tests, 62304, SDD/SRS) R&D developer for new algorithms and capabilities for the Pulse platform. - NvEngine, an OpenGL/WebSockets-based 3D rendering service which produces rendered 2D images from a 3D DICOM scan at caller-specified slice positions and view angles. (C++, Boost, ITK, VTK, OpenGL, WebSockets) - Fiducial Fixture Registration, a registration algorithm to locate a radiopaque fixture in a DICOM volume to produce a registration matrix to reference tracking hardware for subcutaneous instrument 3D navigation.
