Once instruction came down from upper management to do what I had already started pushing for, numbers improved further. Over 6 weeks I reported an increase from 20% optimized move acceptance to 51%. Primary seat for largest volume in the entirety of the Walmart DC network DC 6068 where I improved level of service from previous range of 88%-94% in 2023 to 95%-98% in 2024.

Communicate operational expectations to suppliers and transporters while addressing performance related issues. Developed new ways of working between suppliers and warehouses to reduce operational costs. Managing the entire Whole Foods California/Illinois program I found inefficacies with how we were consolidating freight. This resulted in 5 less trailers being sent a week totaling around $10,000 a week in savings spread throughout each customer affected. Guided supplier senior leadership with selecting service providers through self-started project pulling service failures of each carrier I utilized for various accounts. On average, this resulted in $15,000 of transportation cost savings for each of my clients and an overall improvement of customer satisfaction with the service I provided. Direct resolutions and respond to escalations for daily issues. Resolved an aging issue with a client who was at risk of leaving the company.
