As a Senior Systems Engineer the day to day tasks included. - Execute various crucial Time bounded tasks refine process work flows within the project team. - Fulfilling the role responsibilities as well as training newly appointed resources. - Leading the shift and have a check without missing and issues getting breeched in SLA matrix. - Handled IT service delivery for a Globally expanded client. - Manage IT , Network and infrastructure service for the client. - Avoid any escalations. Create monthly /weekly reports of the Tasks carried over the period. etc... learnt a lot about IT service delivery, ITIS techniques and various Server management tools/ networking platforms such as ServiceNow, Solar winds, CISCO Meraki, etc
