I worked in the Reservation Data Exchange team, responsible for ensuring excellent communication between airlines and GDSs. • Worked on systems maintenance patches and data fixes; • Performed unit testing and additional testing services for new and existing functional requirements: Google Test; • Supported development and integration of C++ applications as per specifications: Jenkins, Git, Mercurial, Bitbucket, Jira; • Updated database tables according to airlines requirements: Oracle DB; • Coordinated with project team staff for project scope and completion of assignments within timelines; • Developed estimates and work breakdown schedules for each software development process and phase; • Provided support to costumers in the event of software failure; • Implemented scripts to speed up the change of working environment in the different stages of code release in the test system and production system: Python, Bash; • Wrote documentation for process flows and products architecture: Confluence; • Worked using AGILE methodology with Scrum framework; • Supported new team members in the last two months as a contractor.
