Alexa - Improved the human presence detection accuracy on Alexa devices through the use of machine learning on BLE signals. - Lead a seamless migration of millions of users from one backend workflow to a more scalable and cost effective one. Resulted in an estimated cost savings of more than $100,000 per year and allowed for the deprecation of a legacy system. Last Mile - Enabled package delivery within 8 hours or less by designing and implementing a back-end system for on-the-fly route creation. - Designed and implemented multiple web-based applications to increase efficiency of delivery stations and operations worldwide. Worked closely with UX teams to ensure optimal usability and accessibility. - Designed and implemented a backend workflow to fully enable operations in Amazon India delivery stations.
