Accurately enter financial and accounting data into the MS GP 2010 system, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, payroll data, and other relevant information. Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, ensuring that all entries are complete and error-free. Cross-check information with supporting documentation and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise. Maintain proper documentation and records of data entered into the MS GP 2010 system. Organize and file supporting documents as needed, ensuring easy retrieval and reference. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information by following established data entry and security protocols. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and protection. Identify and troubleshoot any data entry issues or system errors that may arise. Collaborate with the IT team or system administrators to resolve technical problems related to MS GP 2010. Generate accurate reports and summaries from the MS GP 2010 system as required. Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis based on the data entered. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, accounting, and human resources, to obtain necessary information for data entry. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
