Tasked with developing an automated system to process Excel workbooks, validating the data, and populating database tables. • Worked with primary users of the tool to come up with an efficient and easy to use interface for them • Created an Angular web interface utilizing Bootstrap for formatting and appearance. • Designed and coded a Spring REST API to call the tool and notify the user of any validation errors found in the workbook • Leveraged the Apache POI library for parsing Excel workbooks to making reading and extracting data easier • Created custom SQL to insert and delete data, as well as generated multi-table views for faster data validation
