Built and managed a high-performing team, driving and contributing to the design and development of key components. - KYC Module: Developed a KYC module integrated with insurers to support CKYC and OVD KYC flows. Implemented dynamic forms tailored to each insurer's KYC requirements, enabling users to complete their KYC journey efficiently. - Customer Targeting Service: Developed a service to collect customer details and vehicle registration numbers from various sources, implementing a targeted engagement strategy based on vehicle expiry dates, resulting in a 2.5x increase in business growth. - Proposal & Policy Management System: Developed a module for completing motor insurance proposal forms journey, managing post-payment policy generation journeys, and delivering policy PDFs to users. - Order Management System Integration: Integrated the Paytm order management system and created a common jar for order flow integration across all insurance verticals, enhancing efficiency and reducing effort. - Insurance Renewal Journey: Designed and implemented a comprehensive insurance renewal journey to encourage policy renewals, significantly improving customer retention and business growth through effective targeting strategies. - Customer Inspection Flow: Developed a customer inspection journey for purchasing Comprehensive or Own Damage insurance policies, enhancing customer experience and process efficiency.
