Manages and supports all data entry in iMIS, the association’s membership database Creates and reviews all business rules (SOP’s) related to data and company database (iMIS) Supports all NCA departments with online registration for NCA’s signature events and educational platforms Sets up webinars in database and Adobe Connect Assisted the director of technology with company database (iMIS) upgrade from desktop version to web base Lead on the Engagement Scoring project on RISE platform Generates QA/QC reports and prepares data query requests using Intelligent Query Architect, Excel and SQL Server Management Studio Performs systematic quality control and assurance measures on a daily and weekly basis Works with all departments to ensure quality data Determines key statistics, monitors and analyzes data, develops reports, identifies trends, tracks progress Trouble shoot and assist with user log ins for staff and members Trains new hires in the use of the iMIS application
