I have been part of the Operational Risk team for Goldman Sachs and have developed and maintained software for Risk and Control Assessments of the firm. Along with my team, I have been responsible for enhancing exisitng features along with development of new features to implement the Regualtory requirements, which have been fairly dynamic and rapid-changing. These include the development of software to do Triggered Risk Assessments for the firm, software to perform regular quarterly assessments for controls including Control Assurance for key controls as per criteria identified by the Regulators
