● Was leading a team to build a data pipeline to generate statistics and analytics out of call recordings, to offer to our clients impressive reports and indicators on how to improve their IVRs and Contact Centers, used technologies and APIs are not limited to PHP, Laravel, Python, SQL, Multi Cloud Data Warehousing, Queueing Services, Serverless Cloud Functions, Speech-To-Text APIs, Sentiment Analysis and NLP APIs. ● Worked with a very influencing team to build a highly scalable contact center that handles Covid-19 calls using technologies including but not limited to PHP, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and ReactJS that lives in a cloud environment. ● Developing customized communication solutions that live in cloud environments and develop impressing reports using NLP and sentiment analysis.
