As an operations/hospitality intern at Invited (formerly ClubCorp), I built out a collection of audits using SafetyCulture to be used to make sure country clubs were following the standard operating practices and providing an elevated member experience. • Designed over 30 advanced audits with SafetyCulture to evaluate a large network of country clubs • Revised four tiers of country club standard operating procedures to enhance member experience • Administered audits weekly to ensure that country clubs were following the standard operating practices and improving their scores

Information Technology Intern

As an information technology intern at Invited (formerly ClubCorp), I was able to learn about the day to day technological operations through the country club and corporate perspectives. • Filled multiple roles including Operations, Sales, and Administration to learn about the day to day technological operations of a country club (Stonebriar Country Club) • Assisted in the configuration of the golf tee sheet system for multiple golf courses • Developed and presented new ideas and potential improvements for a mobile app that serves over 200 private clubs
