Receive, clean, and preprocess datasets with more than 400 data for clustering needs and visualize data using Python by matplotlib to see the data distribution. Perform and manage data clustering with the agglomerative clustering method and calculate the silhouette coefficient to achieve the best performance cluster above 0. Prepare 4 dendrograms each period from clustered data and deliver them into a final report by presenting it to the professor.

-Conduct 2 in-depth user research interviews and collect data from more than 20 respondents. Prepare, organize, and elaborate datasets from more than 20 respondents by querying in Excel and Miro to produce insightful short summaries. Worked and collaborated with a team of 3 members or more by communicating with another researcher/relevant member inside or outside a research group with a high-performance growth mindset to get insight from collected data.

Acquire specific and targeted tactical strategies by conducting competitive analysis from 3 competitors of MentalHealing.id in the same field. Conduct 1 in-depth user interview with 3 respondents, including creating research questions and analyzing the results. Participated in a team of 3 members by reporting research results, observing, and MoM taker in discussion sessions by delivering to stakeholders.
