Responsible for the development of home automation projects, and follow up of these until delivery stage, including presentation of the project on site and surveys. Assistance in the planning, realization and analysis of quality tests for products under development (mainly automotive electronics), including prices of materials and external laboratories, as well as the preparation of reports. In particular, instrumentation testing, writing of reports and contact with suppliers were the main tasks performed. Aid in the development of standards for suitability to the Quality Management System adopted by the company, and in determining proper calibration procedures and preventive maintenance of equipment. The team, which consisted of an intern, two engineers and an automation analyst, was successful in detecting flaws in various products under development, reducing future costs. In addition, calibration procedures and preventive maintenance of equipment, which had been developed for internal use of the department, have been expanded to the entire company.

As director, I coordinated the managing consultants (also student volunteers) to perform tasks such as: organizing and advertising courses and events, performing market research, writing of regulatory internal documents, human resource management (recruitment, selection and performance), handling control cash flow, payment of external contributors, and monthly balance sheet consolidation. Results include solidifying the company's finances, as well as adhering it to legal and accounting regulations. Also wider dissemination among potential clients and university students.
