Worked on analyzing previous claim data and their failure modes with their corresponding trends. Created a new system for product audit system which was labor intesive and randomness to a data-driven and autonamous one called "Smart Audit". Created an SQL server with multiple databases to store different machine data. The scirpt was created in Python which ran in Docker and was triggered by a Kafka topic in the production line. Parts found anomalous was seperated in the scrap lane and the Quality team was informed on the part and the seelction reasoning.
