    American Airlines Self Service Machine (SSM) : • American Airlines is an agile Airlines project, where a customer could buy or cancel air tickets. They could change seat themselves, change flights, buy Miles check–in bags and lots more.  AA.com – allow customers to buy tickets or cancel them. It also allowed customers to register and create their account. In this way every time a passenger travels, they get certain miles in their accounts.  SSM – Self Service Machine. This machine is meant for customers to check-in themselves. It also allows passengers to change their seats/flights, buy an Upgrade/Miles and check-in their bags and lots more.  BagDrop – This again allows the passengers to check-in their bags but with the help of an Agent.  Gateside – This allows the passengers to buy various products that SSM offers even after entering through the Gate. It requires the passenger to be checked-in. This doesn’t allow the passengers to check-in bags.  Curbside – This allows the passengers to check-in or check-in bags. It doesn’t offer other products. Worked for a project to handle heavy bags project.  Self-tag – This machine allows passengers to print their bag-tags by themselves.
