Created the entire loyalty program for the dominant beauty supply chain in lake county from scratch, leading to greater customer satisfaction and serving over 740+ customers since mid-June. Worked various roles, including cashier, customer service (facilitating the shopping experience), organizer, and online seller listing thousands of dollars’ worth of product on eBay. Designed custom software for the customer facing interface, enabling customers to view prices of items purchased on a screen customized to fit the business. Implemented the existing POS system singlehandedly for multiple of the stores’ locations.
