Performance tested all CyberSource services and optimized CPU, memory, and threads usage to tune their capacity multifold. Understood the end-to-end architecture and mitigated system, database, and network delays to improve the availability and reliability of CyberSource. Penetration tested and implemented firewall rules against a DOS attack and enabled rate-limiting requests to protect against bots during flash sales. Developed automation tools to perform health checks, clean servers, and analyze logs productively, reducing time spent by 95%.
