• Gathered requirements from scientist to design, build, test, deploy and continuously integrate a lab information system based on a Linux, Apache, MySql, Python configuration, system was integrated into other LIM systems using APIs. • Lab Information system managed and organized day to day activity in the lab, integrated work flow management into purchase ordering into smart inventory tracking and management, provided the user the ability to set up/configure all three components. • Migrated all network information from a single sharepoint location to local network-attached storage with multiple redundancies and cloud backup. • Deployed on-site Ubuntu server to provide services and resources to network users such as VPN access/monitor, database storage and print server all of which were set up and configured 100% by myself and maintained with automated tasks. • Used python scripting to create microservices that automate many business processes and distribute resources and payloads across the network.
