I lead a team of multidisciplinary professionals (front-end and back-end software engineers) who are entering the field or have no experience, aiming to teach and integrate them into the main team applying programming logic studies, challenges to solve, team projects and real work situations. In this scenario, I am responsible for maintaining, designing and implementing projects that develop them.
