Built a robust IT Ticket Service Management system that performs topic modelling and Custom NER from scraped ServiceNow ticket data using SpaCy, stores values in MongoDB, and instantly triggers the RPA bot to perform remediation, thereby automating the work normally performed by 15 L1 engineers. The pipeline also provides a conversational chatbot built with Rasa, which extracts the necessary entities from the user's complaint and creates a ticket. The second project dealt with Predictive Maintenance for industrial devices and machinery for an esteemed automobile manufacturer, where we detected patterns in the sensor data and effectively predicted Remaining Useful Life, and Time-to-Failure for a wide range of devices across various factories using RNNs and Multi-class Classification Deployed code containing an Industrial-grade tech. stack into production.
