As a founding engineer for Salesforce's generative AI unstructured data services team, you developed semantic search capabilities using chunking and vector embedding to deliver personalized, contextually grounded responses based on customer metadata. Designed and implemented CRUD APIs for a retrieval engine, ensuring its extensibility for future data types, and leveraged various technologies including Microsoft's E5 model, Milvus vector DB, and Apache Iceberg for retrieval augmented generation (RAG). Also enhanced the Intelligent Document Reader (IDR) by implementing transaction logic for atomicity, supporting scratch orgs, delivering data model changes, and leading UX modularity discussions. Additionally, explored AWS and Apache Lucene for cost-effective key-phrase extraction and contributed to hackathons focused on NLP solutions and mobile-based remote development.

Intern. - Worked on the machine learning project "OBI Server Log Analyser & Health Prediction Using Machine Learning".
