Being a provider Data Specialist, it is an individual responsibility to maintain provider database and release claims for payments on time by maintaining TAT. Researches and verifies provider records for correct claims payment for both par and non- par providers. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of provider demographics in all plan provider directories. Accurately enter and update into Network System for both in network and Out Network providers. As a UAT team member it is an individual responsibility to create and execute the test cases manually as per the acceptance criteria in user story.
