As a credit officer , I was placed in a NPA driven branch for recovery of 99% of loan accounts in the branch with and suit filed at 95% of the accounts leading to a drastic reduction in the NPA level of the branch.

While processing the loan in LOS the bank introduced its inhouse product called the RLMS for processing the retail loan applications under project vivek, where the TAT for sanctioning the personal loan reduced drastically from 48 hours to 20 minutes which kept me wondering how I could be easily replaced by a machine how obsolete I might become, I decided to further hone my skills under software development so currently I am pursuing a Masters Degree from Scaler Academy affiliated to Woolf University
