I started as a carpenter, but learned the CAD program my company used and quickly got promoted to Lead designer. As Lead Designer, I was responsible for a team of designers that I had to train and supervise. I delegated tasks and reviewed projects being designed, while also designing top priority projects that included million dollar custom homes.

Office Assistant

As office assistant, I was responsible for assisting case managers and alleviating their case load by answering common questions. I was also responsible for inventory ordering and control. I also, helped with IT work when computer issues arose.
