Designed, programmed and deployed end-to-end fully automated machine learning platform with batch and streaming data pipelines for anomaly detection on streaming data. This is an R&D project which is approved for funding by TUBITAK with my proof-of-concept work. • Real-time dashboard for deploying data pipelines and machine learning models on demand, visualizing model predictions and discussing outcomes across teams on forums. • Fully automated streaming data jobs for log data aggregation, batch jobs for model training, data drift and prediction drift detection with Kafka, Spark, Logstash, Airflow. • Fully automated custom MLOps platform built on Hashicorp Nomad and Consul cluster to deploy and scale models on demand with parameterized Levant templates. • Custom Python wrapper library to allow the team to develop ML algorithms using common interfaces for easy development, deployment and dependency management.
