My role is to write lot of coding as a senior back end developer (Java). I need to spend lot of time understanding the user story and ask questions with the business analyst and the business users. In addition, I have to come up with any design changes that are needed for the user story. For instance, change in the common routines, database changes, and so on.

PHH Fleet Management•  August 2011 - March 2012

PHH had two divisions 1) Fleet and 2) Mortgage. The fleet management division no longer exists because it was acquired by Element Fleet Management in 2014 and the mortgage division was acquired by a different company. I had to support existing web applications apart from new development. It was 60% support and 40% development. The technology is Java, ColdFusion, Sybase, Javascript / Jquery, and MQ.
