Team internship. Developed components of a real-time machine-learning-based indoor GPS system utilizing network communication protocols such as TCP and UDP. Basic QPSK and spread-spectrum communication methods were used to support signal reception.

Worked in USU's Information Dynamics Laboratory under Dr. Todd K. Moon. Participated in developing a SDR-based intrusion detection system. Python, MATLAB, and C++ all used in conjuction to support project development in the GNURadio ecosystem.

Test Engineering Intern

Worked as a technician, using all sorts of electrical testing tools (o-scopes, multimeters, etc...) to verify functionality of manufactured and assembled PCBs. Majority of work was to make repairs to non-functional boards. Became certified in J-STD and J-STD Space soldering.
