I had catered the Food Panda customers with their food orders handling through chats and updating them about their status of order along with communicating with the vendors to get the food delivered in the given ETA. I was also moved to Service Recovery team, where I had called the customers and resolve their issue on call, so that the further escalation can be stopped.
