Currently working as the acting Service Delivery Lead for Telia Carrier Billing Application Maintenance project where I am required to lead a team of 4 people to ensure that scheduled billing operations and routine maintenance activities are performed efficiently, track KPIs such as Incident SLAs, Ticket trends etc., and improve processes to ensure greater Solution Delivery standards are maintained.  Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Interconnect Billing Operations and work as 1st Level of contact for application related issues for a Telia Carrier.  Perform scheduled monitoring and application maintenance operations  Apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to address and resolve application issues in order to minimize the impact on Carriers’ businesses.  Ensure minimal system outages thereby maximizing carriers’ revenue.  Perform UAT and Regression Testing of maintenance patches prior to production deployment.  Executed Business use cases for Sunshine and MyCarrier projects at Telia Carrier which is an online portal for carriers and assisted in the integration of the portal with the billing application.  Writing SQL Scripts and Procedures to extract reporting data.  Business Requirement analysis and data gathering for the MyCarrier project at Telia.  Travelled to Customer’s location a couple of times for taking handover from the Billing Architect and requirement gathering and analysis of customizations requested in the existing product.
