Worked with Workspace One (Unified Endpoint Management), Windows Management Services division that manages secure resource deployment from admin source to destination windows devices and facilitates work from anywhere. • Completed all phases of the assignment, from design to delivery of the finished module within set time frames, along with cross-team collaboration, enhancing the efficiency of the functional workflows in the system. • Utilized stakeholder management strategies to ensure consistent project deliveries. • Contributed to handling real-time escalations for utilizing Peer-To-Peer Branch Cache enablement for application delivery via Content Delivery Network, to reduce bandwidth usage and excessive requests to the Host Server. Projects: o Developed Application Deferral feature, a REST API integrated with Workspace One, enabling Admin to allow end users to define personalized timelines to delay an application installation until mandatory, via Software Deployment Agent. o Improved OOBE (Out of Box Experience) flow for a newly registered device after getting reassigned to a new Smart Group by modifying the properties regarding the Smart Group module. o Enhanced the delivery of Firewall, Wi-Fi, and Password Profiles (used to modify configurations on a device) by utilizing the Microsoft Configuration Service Providers for the successful delivery of Profiles to the system. o Worked on globalization support functionalities extension. o Fixed production bugs for enrolled devices on re-enrolment, using Active Directory service for the windows platform. o Handled successful execution of Regression Tests of the assigned module, along with integration tests and unit tests, to ensure error-free deployment of Microservices and reduced Bamboo build time complexity by 40%.
